We are currently in search of full-time, skilled Community Support Specialists for our Supported Living and In-Home Care programs in the Charlottesville, Virginia area. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Our In-Home and Supported Living Care Specialists provide assistance with daily living tasks, including laundry, cleaning, meal preparation, and organization. You will play a vital role in helping individuals enhance their lives by exploring volunteer opportunities, addressing personal care needs, offering transportation, advocating for medical and dental appointments, and assisting with medication management.

Employment is contingent upon satisfactory references and a criminal background check free of barrier crimes. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required, meeting the following criteria:

  • No more than 2 moving violations or accidents within the past 3 years
  • No major violations within the past 5 years
