Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at WilmerHale. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our attorneys and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for efficient daily administrative operations, communicate with attorneys and secretarial teammates, and ensure completion of projects within established time frames and quality standards. You will demonstrate expertise in our technology systems, compose correspondence, data, and presentations with strong attention to detail, and knowledge of our policies and administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain an organized electronic filing system.
  • Assume responsibility for assigned attorneys' business email and calendars, provide reminders, and follow-up on meetings and travel.
  • Support attorneys in engaging new clients, opening new matters, coordinating conflicts, drafting engagement letters, communicating with clients, and monitoring client metric reports.
  • Provide quality service to internal departments and external parties, interact professionally, and display a 'can do' attitude via electronic and print correspondence, answering telephone calls, taking and relaying messages, greeting visitors, and coordinating attorney, client, or other inquiries.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will have 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in legal or professional services. A BA/BS degree is preferred. You will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including thorough knowledge of business English, grammar, spelling, and punctuation, as well as strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft office products.

Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per year.
