About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our team at Gustave A. Larson Company. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our outside sales team and developing positive relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, including dealers, business owners, and large HVAC companies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of HVAC residential systems and product knowledge to assist our outside sales team in selling the right equipment and recommending the right systems for our customers' jobs.
  • Work closely with our Territory Managers to present and execute National Sales Programs and initiatives, and support the branch by assisting at the counter, answering phones, and other duties as assigned.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to maintain a competitive advantage in a high-paced and competitive environment.
  • Provide customer service expertise and support to pricing, quoting, credit terms, and orders, utilizing P21 and a CRM system.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of HVAC/R industry experience, with a focus on residential HVAC.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Outlook.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of sales and selling skills experience.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
