At Opulence Inc., we are a prominent sales and business development firm that represents top clients in the telecommunications and technology industries. Our ultimate goal is to ensure our clients are achieving maximum brand visibility and increasing customer engagement.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level Client Support Representative to work closely with clients and customers alike to bolster brand awareness in the community and drive sales revenue. As a Client Support Representative, you will be an expert in our clients' products and services, and you will be excited to share your knowledge directly with consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to promote our clients' brand, products, and services.
  • Explain product features and benefits to customers and confidently answer any inquiries.
  • Report customer feedback to Senior Management and clients, providing feedback on areas of improvement.
  • Analyze client acquisition metrics and KPIs to maximize sales and drive revenue.
  • Adhere to our clients' compliance standards and maintain professionalism throughout the sales process.
  • Draft, organize, and maintain sales contracts on behalf of our clients.
  • Attend in-person and virtual meetings with fellow Client Support Representatives to develop customer service, sales, and leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing role is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Eager to improve current skills.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly to develop professionally.
  • Ability to confidently present information to clients, customers, and teammates.
  • Basic knowledge of the sales cycle is a plus.
