About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join S&P Global as a Credit Associate, Client Support, where you will play a critical role in serving as an expert on Credit Ratings, Credit Analytics, and the Market Intelligence Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries for ratings clients and provide professional, timely, quality support of our credit-based products.
  • Record accurate and timely tracking of client issues within our Client Relationship Management system.
  • Document newly found solutions and product updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the organization to route client concerns, improvement requests, and sales leads.
  • Stay current on existing and newly developed product offerings.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize work, and pay strong attention to detail.
  • A team-player mentality with collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for working in the financial services industry, building relationships with finance professionals, and flexibility to changes in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge of investments, including fixed income, private equity, public equity, ETFs, mutual funds, commodities.
  • Proficiency with Capital IQ Platform/Products.
