Position Overview: As a vital member of our operations team, the Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in meeting the needs of program participants and encouraging their engagement in services that lead to successful transitions to independent living. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Facilitating client participation in daily activities and ensuring adherence to program guidelines.
- Transporting clients to appointments and managing logistical needs.
- Providing exceptional customer service while distributing essential items.
- Conducting regular rounds to ensure safety and promote positive behavior.
- Responding to emergencies and managing crisis situations as necessary.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess an associate's degree with relevant experience or a high school diploma with additional years of experience in a similar role. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must maintain agency-approved driver status.
Work Environment: The role involves working in both office and transitional housing settings, with activities occurring indoors and outdoors. Physical demands include the ability to communicate effectively, perform various tasks, and occasionally lift items up to 20 pounds.
