Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team at Freije Engineered Solutions Company. This role is responsible for acquiring new accounts and managing existing ones, as well as growing existing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts and grow existing business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial or industrial sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
