Help Desk Support Specialist

About the Role:
The Help Desk Support II will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, working with the open cases report to resolve tickets and ensure timely closure. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in IT services and products, be enthusiastic about technology, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and desk-side support for clients
- Consultative approach to solving issues
- Certification and software/hardware break-fix experience
- Non-benefitted position, with subsidized insurance coverage offered
