Job Title:
Help Desk Manager 3

Job Summary:
Hudson Data is seeking a skilled Help Desk Manager 3 to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing hardware inventory, deploying equipment, and providing technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate records of hardware inventory
• Deploy equipment to clients in accordance with EOL policies
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PC hardware and software issues
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of equipment
• Develop and implement procedures for hardware inventory management and equipment deployment

Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in IT support and hardware management
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, MFDs, Windows 10/11 OS, and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with SCCM imaging technologies and SCSM for trouble ticket resolution
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
