Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth and Development Manager to join our team at Denise Elliott - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
- Create a positive atmosphere and cultivate camaraderie within the team, while empowering them to be self-starters and accountable.
- Develop each team member into an expert in at least one area of daily office responsibilities.
- Facilitate regular training sessions when necessary based on monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in management.
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Able to anticipate customer needs.
- Able to effectively relate to a customer.
- Property/Casualty license.
