At MBE CPAs, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships while auditing their financial records for compliance to generally accepted accounting rules and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze client financial records to identify potential accounting issues and present proposed solutions.
- Train, mentor, and manage team members in audit processes.
- Build and strengthen client relationships while demonstrating knowledge of clients' businesses.
- Communicate and meet with clients as requested, providing recommendations to assist clients with financial or tax needs.
- 3+ years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- CPA certification highly desired or ability to attain.
- Candidates willing to work onsite preferred, but willing to consider hybrid/remote work for experienced talent.
