Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team at Denise Elliott - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in growing our business through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Create a positive atmosphere and cultivate comradery within the team, while empowering them to be self-starters and accountable.
  • Develop each team member into an expert in at least one area of daily office responsibilities.
  • Facilitate regular training sessions when necessary based on monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in management.
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Able to anticipate customer needs.
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer.
  • Property / Casualty license.
