Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for growing our business through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships
- Create a positive atmosphere and cultivate comradery within the team, while empowering them to be self-starters and accountable
- Develop each team member into an expert in at least one area of daily office responsibilities
- Facilitate regular training sessions when necessary based on monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals
Qualifications:
- Experience in management
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
- Property/Casualty license
