Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for growing our business through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships
  • Create a positive atmosphere and cultivate comradery within the team, while empowering them to be self-starters and accountable
  • Develop each team member into an expert in at least one area of daily office responsibilities
  • Facilitate regular training sessions when necessary based on monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals

Qualifications:

  • Experience in management
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property/Casualty license
