Job Summary

The Territory Manager - Customer Development will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and retaining existing partnerships. This role involves maximizing gross margin contribution through the sale of new and used equipment in an assigned area or by account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain customer call schedules in the company CRM tool.
  • Prospect for new accounts and obtain customer applications.
  • Provide quotes for purchases and perform machine appraisals on trade-ins.
  • Assist in the collection of monies due on sales and maintain product knowledge.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Self-motivated and basic computer skills.
  • Strong analytical and math skills, as well as strong communication skills.
  • Minimum two years sales and industry-related experience.

Working Conditions
The Territory Manager - Customer Development will work in an indoor environment and customer remote locations, with exposure to extremes of weather. A competitive compensation package includes base salary plus commission structure.
