Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Walnut Creek Mutual 58. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Executive Directors and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk reception.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk activities, including scheduling and coordinating with receptionists
  • Assist Executive Directors with general administrative duties, such as budgeting and expense management
  • Coordinate clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff education
  • Support budgeting processes and monitor expenses
  • Manage payroll activities and ensure accurate processing
Requirements
  • Homeowner Association knowledge and experience
  • Proven experience in an office management role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Prior experience in payroll processing and budget management
