Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of middle-market and large commercial accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Producer and a commercial assistant to manage a well-established book of business.
  • Oversee a diverse range of commercial accounts, primarily within the construction sector.
  • Lead negotiations for renewals with insurance carriers and wholesale brokers.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Carrier Market Underwriters.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of seven years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts.
  • Proven experience with construction-related accounts.
  • Possession of an active Property and Casualty License.
