Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of middle-market and large commercial accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the Producer and a commercial assistant to manage a well-established book of business.
- Oversee a diverse range of commercial accounts, primarily within the construction sector.
- Lead negotiations for renewals with insurance carriers and wholesale brokers.
- Establish and nurture relationships with Carrier Market Underwriters.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of seven years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts.
- Proven experience with construction-related accounts.
- Possession of an active Property and Casualty License.
