Overview

As an Insurance Client Relations Manager within the Business Insurance Department, you will oversee accounts generating less than $20,000 in revenue with limited oversight. This position entails crafting insurance solutions, marketing accounts to insurers, proposing renewal conditions to clients, and addressing daily service inquiries.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing renewals and new business opportunities
  • Acting as the primary liaison for clients and insurers
  • Gathering and managing renewal data
  • Creating, marketing, and negotiating client renewals and new business
  • Preparing proposals and participating in client meetings
  • Managing insurance binders and daily client service
Overseeing the administration of the insurance program:
  • Endorsements
  • Certificates of Insurance
  • Invoices
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Finance Agreements
  • Audits
  • Automatic renewals
  • Maintaining client records
  • Updating client files and systems
  • Summaries and schedules of insurance
Support for Client Service Executive: Assist in the renewal and new business processes.

Professional Development: Enhance analytical, strategic, customer service, and communication skills to advance to a Client Manager II or Client Service Executive role.Project Management:
  • Efficiently managing the renewal timeline
  • Developing and executing a Client Service Plan
  • Ensuring timely delivery of R&LA commitments
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or a minimum of 3 years in the industry is required. A valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license is mandatory. Proficiency in insurance terminology and MS Office applications is essential. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities are crucial.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Capability to operate office equipment, sit for extended durations, and occasional travel to client locations. The work environment may necessitate overnight stays while ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals.

The Insurance Client Relations Manager position offers a competitive salary range between $56,400 and $120,500. Salary determinations are influenced by various factors such as experience, skills, location, and education. Performance-based incentives may also be available.
