Job Summary
Thompson Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu development, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage kitchen operations, including production, menu compliance, and daily operations
- Develop and implement menu strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of culinary operations
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
- Train and develop culinary staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and supply chain to optimize efficiency and profitability
Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of culinary management experience, preferably in high-end catering
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and menu development strategies
