Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the organization and execution of all food production for restaurant and catering services.
- Work closely with management on budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining financial targets.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement and uphold food safety and quality standards.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to optimize kitchen performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a culinary leadership role within a high-end restaurant or hotel.
