Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Leader to join our team at the Omni Nashville Hotel. As a Food & Beverage Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and supply chain logistics to ensure efficient operations
  • Lead a team of food and beverage staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Collaborate with the hotel's culinary team to develop new menu concepts and improve existing ones
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and labor cost control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
