Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to join our team at PVH Corp. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our retail field associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed and accurate information to retail field associates regarding payroll, benefits, company policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll-related information, thorough employee relations investigations, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely pay for new hires, transfers, salary increases, or terminations.
  • Verify the integrity and completion of all new hire documentation to meet Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Audit requirements.
  • Conduct monthly and semi-annual audits of full-time associates' average weekly hours to ensure compliance with Federal regulations.
  • Prepare and review weekly and monthly audit reports to ensure Workday accuracy.
  • Interpret and enforce retail policies and procedures.
  • Directly responsible for all changes to associates' records in the Workday system, including salary, promotions, demotions, reductions in hours, increases in hours, terminations, and severance letters.
  • Work with Store Operations and DSM on store closing and ensure timely and accurate administration of severance letters.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
  • Secondary responsibilities include:
    • Document, track, and report all leaves of absence, including Short-Term and Long-Term Disability cases with third-party insurance carriers.
    • Communicate with associates and Store Managers to ensure all information is covered, ensure HIPAA compliance, and coordinate with Federal and State FMLA laws.
    • Responsible for accurate benefits enrollment processing, ensuring all enrollments meet IRS regulations.
    • Collect benefits premiums that may have been missed and communicate that amount to the associate.
    • Collaborate with the Benefits Department on resolving benefit-related issues.
    • Directly responsible for all Annual Open Enrollment processes through Workday.
    • Expedite workers' compensation claims by ensuring timely entry into Workers' Compensation carriers' online reporting system.
    • Work as a liaison between Workers' Compensation Carrier and associate, ensuring applicable benefit premiums are being paid.
    • Partner with field management when handling and/or addressing any issue that has an impact on employees and their relationships to and with other employees, managers, and those outside the organization.

Requirements:

  • Human Resources experience preferred.
  • College degree or comparable work experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organizational ability.
  • Self-starter, flexible, and analytical.
  • PC skills (MS Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Workday HR system a plus.
