Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Saint-Gobain Abrasives as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding production facilities in Minnesota, managing a significant account base with competitive potential in various industries, and collaborating with distributor partners to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion of production facilities in Minnesota
* Manage a large account base with significant competitive potential in various industries, including precision and rough grinding markets
* Collaborate with distributor partners to plan joint sales calls, provide hands-on training, and drive sales growth
* Build strong relationships with end-users, including large multi-national corporations and company presidents

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of selling experience
* Ability to manage distribution and work with national and regional distributors
* Strong understanding of abrasive products, including rough, precision, coated, super abrasives, thin wheel, and system components
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize, adapt, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
