About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our global sales team based in New England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute annual sales forecasts and territory plans.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions.
  • Make informed pricing decisions to maximize profitability.
  • Resolve customer credit issues and maintain open communication with our accounting department.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training and meetings.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in Power Transmission and Automation products.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong sales strategies and techniques, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
