Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Concentric LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of industrial sales principles, including prospecting, cold calling, and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
