About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Sales Development to lead our North American sales development strategy and drive pipeline growth. This role reports into the VP of Global Sales Development and will be based in one of our US offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies across North America to meet revenue targets
  • Manage a team of Directors and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to foster a high-performance culture
  • Establish and manage pipeline processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to optimize sales execution
  • Oversee lead qualification processes and implement operational improvements using data-driven insights
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales development, or business development roles
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience with responsibility for managing managers
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and analytics
What We Offer

Base Pay Range $167,580 - $230,423 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $239,400 - $329,175. Procore is committed to offering competitive compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
