**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team at Leader Tech as a Service Experience Manager. This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective service delivery.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience leading teams. They must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction, resolve customer complaints, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files as required.

You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, and collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement.
