Customer Service Team Lead

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. They must be able to multitask, complete tasks accurately and efficiently, and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain General Work Instructions for Customer Service
- Develop and enforce policies/procedures
- Coordinate employee attendance to ensure adequate staff during normal business hours
- Plan and conduct training sessions
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent leadership skills
