As a GTM Systems Manager, you'll be responsible for the administration, deployment, adoption, and operation of various go-to-market systems supporting our Enterprise SaaS Sales & GTM teams. You'll manage vendor and contract relationships for these systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration and operation of GTM systems, including Gainsight, Clari, Vivun, Loopio, CrossBeam, and Momentum.
- Identify, test, and assess potential new technologies to improve productivity and efficiency in our tech stack, and lead the implementation of selected technologies.
- Collaborate with GTM teams and Revenue Operations members to understand system usage and enhance them to drive increases in productivity and efficiency.
- Manage vendor and contract relationships for assigned GTM systems.
Requirements:
- Must have >3 years of Gainsight admin experience.
- Must have >3 years of admin experience supporting other Enterprise SaaS go-to-market systems.
- Must have a proven record of successfully implementing new tools and systems.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience across various CRM and BI tools.
- Possesses strong capabilities to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Physical Requirements:
Working out of the New York office according to our Global Hybrid Working Policy.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 1 in-person team meeting per quarter (New York, Texas, or Mountain View).
