GTM Planning and Strategy Manager

Miro's Revenue Operations team is dedicated to driving predictable, scalable, and profitable revenue growth. About the RoleThe Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Planning team sits centrally within Revenue Operations. This role is highly cross-functional, aligning with FP&A, RevOps, GTM leadership, and Analytics to translate company-level goals into a cohesive operating plan.
Key Responsibilities- Centralize annual planning across GTM and support RevOps partners with their field-level planning
- Build infrastructure to support long-range and annual planning
- Collaborate with Analytics to create effective and streamlined ways of measuring business performance
- Work closely with FP&A to understand company-level priorities and model assumptions, and iterate collaboratively on top-line targets and resource allocation
- Support the field with actionable, data-driven insights through quarterly and annual business reviews
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (planning, strategy, field operations) or Strategic Finance / FP&A
- 2+ years of experience with annual planning for Sales and/or other GTM functions
- Familiarity with planning tools, forecasting tools, and analytics platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics platforms
