In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise as a sales professional with over 3 years of experience in medical sales, specifically within the Post-Acute or Extended Care environments. Your primary focus will be to enhance sales growth across DME, long-term care, skilled nursing, and home health markets while effectively collaborating with distributors. Your success will be driven by your knowledge of third-party billing, your proactive mindset in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, and your unwavering commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong customer relationships within the Home Health and Post-Acute sectors to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain management, distributors, and various stakeholders in the extended healthcare market.
  • Identify and onboard new clients while expanding existing accounts through the introduction of innovative products and detailed presentations.
  • Partner with distributor management and sales representatives to synchronize sales and marketing initiatives, broaden business prospects, and enhance customer service.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and challenges effectively.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including completing necessary paperwork, maintaining customer records, preparing routine reports, and analyzing sales data.

Work-Life Balance:

This role requires overnight travel of approximately 40-60%.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, paid quarterly.

  • 4 weeks of paid time off, 4 float days, and 1 wellness day annually.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in the Medical Device or Supply industry, with a strong understanding of third-party billing.
  • A positive attitude with a focus on achieving goals, a collaborative spirit, and a patient-centered approach.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary credentials, which may include COVID-19 vaccinations.
