We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown. Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and register guests efficiently, providing accurate information and resolving any issues promptly.
- Verify rates and departure dates, confirming and modifying information as needed to complete the registration process.
- Review the front desk log, recording pertinent information and completing tasks on the daily checklist.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
- Adhere to guest safe deposit box procedures and policies regarding employee cash handling.
- Reconcile all charges and cash received during shifts.
- Complete other duties as assigned, including knowledge of the Marriott Rewards Program and processing mail, messages, faxes, and packages.
- 3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations.
- Associates degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving, employee relations, and critical thinking skills.
