Role Overview
The Front Desk Ambassador will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a caring and compassionate individual who can multitask and prioritize guest needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and queries about the local area.
- Handle guest feedback and requests in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Use hotel management software and tools to efficiently manage reservations and guest inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
- Previous guest service experience preferred.
- Must be caring, compassionate, and respectful in every guest interaction.
- Must be able to maintain the physical aspects of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting luggage.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and tools is essential.
