Requirements

  • Previous guest service experience preferred.
  • Must be caring, compassionate, and respectful in every guest interaction.
  • Must be able to maintain the physical aspects of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting luggage.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and tools is essential.
