Job Overview

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest experiences. As a key representative of the hotel, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including payment and room assignments.
  • Verify and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Complete and submit audit paperwork and shift reports in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, management, and team members to ensure a positive and efficient experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on local area amenities and services to provide guests with valuable recommendations.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to balance revenue and expense transactions.
  • Monitor and track front office operating statistics, including room revenue and occupancy percentages.
  • Represent the hotel in a positive and professional manner at all times.
