Front Desk Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at La Quinta Inn & Suites Albuquerque West. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and collections, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Train and develop team members in system procedures and daily tasks.
  • Assist in managing cash controls and deposits, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to guest reviews and feedback, ensuring a positive and responsive experience.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
Compensation:

$15 - $16 hourly
