Front Desk Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at La Quinta Inn & Suites Albuquerque West. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Supervise and coordinate the front desk team, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage daily accounts receivable, including collections and cash handling.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop the front desk team on system procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Guest Reviews: Respond to guest reviews and feedback, ensuring a positive online reputation.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate records, manage cash controls, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Team Management: Experience in managing a team, with a focus on leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Hotel Experience: Previous experience in the hotel industry, with a focus on front desk operations and customer service.
