Job Title: Email Marketing & CRM Specialist

Spark Networks Services GmbH is a leading global dating company with a diverse portfolio of premium and freemium apps. As we continue to enhance our brands, we are seeking an Email Marketing & CRM Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Email Marketing & CRM Specialist will play a vital role in enhancing lead-nurturing and retention campaigns across email and other key retention channels. This person will be responsible for driving increased revenue and purchase frequency through segmented and personalized campaigns that align the brand with customer audiences throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute promotional and lifecycle email programs, including trafficking assets and audience targeting, QA, and monitoring performance.
  • Manage the setup and deployment of complex automated communications within Braze, including A/B tests and behavioral triggers.
  • Own the maintenance of the email marketing calendar and the creation of email briefs, working across various departments in the company.
  • Track key email metrics, such as delivered, open rate, revenue, conversion rate, and opt-out rate by various email types and/or segments, establishing benchmarks for each.
  • Create and communicate reports that analyze findings, identify trends, and recommend a course of action.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to email rendering, deliverability, and tracking.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience with Braze.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and email performance metrics.
  • Google Analytics experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices for revenue generation.
  • Knowledge of list segmentation strategies.
  • Understanding of email fundamentals, including CAN-SPAM, segmentation, list/data extension management, KPIs, etc.
