Team Overview:

Our eCommerce Team collaborates closely with clients to develop strategic digital roadmaps and ensure effective execution, all while focusing on optimizing client operations and boosting sales. We are a resourceful, intelligent, and cooperative team, dedicated to elevating our clients' businesses.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy individual to join our eCommerce Strategy Team. This role involves addressing escalated inquiries from the team regarding Shopify liquid and solutions, managing client Shopify platforms, providing strategic digital recommendations, planning and executing marketing strategies, and overseeing Shopify-specific development projects. This position reports to the Director of Client Strategy.

Email Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage clients' email marketing schedules
  • Oversee email marketing channels, including executing campaigns, creating automated flows, and managing customer segmentation
  • Coordinate internal timelines for campaigns and liaise with creative teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
  • Plan and implement A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Advance and refine email strategies for both prospective and existing customers
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to craft compelling messaging
  • Evaluate visual design and content hierarchy in emails, ensuring alignment with brand standards
  • Communicate campaign and design objectives clearly and effectively in briefs
  • Provide ongoing KPI reporting and analysis, deriving actionable insights for stakeholders
Shopify eCommerce Management Duties:
  • Examine Shopify liquid theme files to resolve client inquiries and challenges
  • Collaborate efficiently with the development team to fulfill client requests
  • Install tracking pixels in theme files and troubleshoot as needed
  • Possess familiarity with metafields
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the Shopify Admin interface
  • Assist in training team members on Shopify functionalities as required
Digital Merchandising Tasks:
  • Formulate an eCommerce strategy by analyzing site data and aligning with client business objectives, which may include creating content calendars and making marketing recommendations
  • Consult on and execute site strategies, ensuring all team members and deliverables remain on track
  • Identify Shopify-specific solutions for client initiatives and challenges
  • Research and recommend third-party applications and integrations

Essential Requirements:
  • Must reside in the United States
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the eCommerce sector
  • At least 2 years of experience with Shopify
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email platforms, including analytics and A/B testing
  • Comfortable analyzing data to inform operational decisions and achieve broader business goals
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, providing valuable insights and strategies for client growth
  • Experience with email editing in Figma is a plus
