Role Responsibilities

We are in search of a proactive and experienced Email Marketing Manager with expertise in Salesforce to take charge of the entire lifecycle of branded email campaigns, from initial concept to final execution. This role requires collaboration with clients, designers, and developers to craft compelling email marketing initiatives that engage audiences and drive measurable results. The position will report to the Head of Project Management and will work closely with various cross-functional teams, including visual design, copywriting, development, and quality assurance.

Key Duties Include:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between The Creative Studio and clients regarding all email marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements for email campaigns and translate them into actionable briefs for design and development teams.
  • Manage and verify distribution lists provided by clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations prior to uploading into Salesforce.
  • Utilize Salesforce to configure and schedule email deployments, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Analyze email campaign performance, providing clients with comprehensive reports and insights for ongoing enhancement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in email marketing and Salesforce advancements to propose strategies that improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or issues and develop strategies for resolution and mitigation to meet productivity, quality, and project delivery objectives.

  • Proficiency in Tools: Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, JIRA, project management systems such as Asana and/or Workfront, Figma, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in campaign or project management, ideally within a creative agency or marketing context; at least 2 years of experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce and Excel, with a keen eye for detail in data management.
  • Understanding of Best Practices: Solid grasp of email marketing best practices, including design principles, segmentation, personalization, and compliance regulations.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
