Triggers and Automations:
  • Develop and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns and journeys to improve personalization and business needs.
  • Create and modify automations to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.
Email Database Management:
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Manage email databases, including merge, purge, dedupe, append, and other data management tasks.
  • Work with data engineers and vendors to ensure data synchronization with other related databases.
Project Management:
  • Provide recommendations during project discovery and planning based on existing infrastructure.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to establish and define business, technical, and functional requirements and estimates during project planning.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants in the development and integration of new applications.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience coding.
  • Knowledge of HTML and ability to code emails.
  • Strong attention to detail, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge/experience in using API services.
  • Experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs) – Salesforce a bonus.
  • Excellent project management skills, including multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization.
  • Hands-on, get-it-done, results-driven, and self-starter mentality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
  • Working knowledge of CSS.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with Litmus or another email rendering tool.
  • Experience working in an online fashion or retail setting.
  • Understanding of ecommerce consumer behavior and direct-marketing principles, including AB test design and analytics.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and creating processes to drive progress.

The base pay for this position ranges from $54,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
