Job Title: Central Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Services Specialist to join our team at The Management Trust. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our accounts receivable, collections, and escrow efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and deposit attorney/agency checks and delinquent account payments to owner accounts
  • Provide updated account ledgers to attorneys/collection agencies
  • Process escrow refund check requests
  • Assist in escrow document uploads and tracking of expired documents
  • Manage mail and deliveries, including sorting, distribution, and processing outgoing mail
  • Maintain office supplies and order new materials as needed
  • Sort and file documents
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to voicemails in a timely manner
  • Research requested information to provide first-person resolution
  • Log correspondence in our software platform
  • Respond to action items and web inquiries
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent); Associate's Degree preferred
  • Customer Service skills, generally with 1 year of experience
  • Patient and empathetic attitude
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues
  • Ability to provide high-level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization
  • Must be a team player
  • Willing to learn Company processes and procedures, and learn/use proprietary software
  • Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record
  • Professional and respectful demeanor with all internal and external customers at all times
Work Environment:
