**Lead Central Sterile Tech Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Central Sterile Tech to join our team at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA. As a key member of our Sterile Processing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the decontamination, preparation, and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the daily operations of the Sterile Processing department, ensuring efficient and effective processing of instruments and equipment
* Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization standards
* Collaborate with the Director of Surgical Services and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
* Provide training and guidance to Sterile Processing technicians on proper techniques and procedures
* Maintain accurate records and reports on instrument and equipment processing

**Requirements:**

* Current BLS (CPR) certification
* Sterile Processing Certification or Certified Surgical Technologist Certification
* Previous experience as an Instrument Technician or in a related field
