About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Plasma Donation Center in Corona, CA.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks to support plasma center operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors to the facility in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • Maintain an orderly filing system and purge records as needed
  • Report operational opportunities for continuous improvement to the center management team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
