Job Summary:

The CPR Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating CPR education and training requests, scheduling events, and maintaining accurate records of services provided within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with local community partners and build a strong market for our CPR community outreach program.
  • Create and maintain educational and promotional materials and presentations related to our CPR community outreach program.
  • Coordinate and maintain community CPR education and training requests from EMS agencies, allied healthcare organizations, community partners, internal and external customers on events calendar.
  • Maintain accurate records of community CPR events and hours and assist in the preparation of required reporting documentation for internal and external use.
  • Develop and implement plans for CPR community outreach in the community.
  • Coordinate and participate in the World CPR Challenge event each year.
  • Work with Operations Managers to coordinate operational resources for events.
  • Maintain and monitor the inventory of equipment.
  • Ensure routine maintenance of vehicles with fleet department.
  • Conduct onsite education and training for hands-only CPR to the community.
  • Monitor and report customer concerns to operational managers.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
  • EMT Certification
  • AHA CPR Certification
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AHA CPR Instructor
  • Teaching/Education experience
  • Sales and marketing experience
  • Public speaking experience
  • Community Outreach experience
