Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Services Agent to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As an Account Services Agent, you will play a critical role in our customer account management and order processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Account Management: Create and update customer account records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders and sales contracts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Respond to customer inquiries, provide support to colleagues, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience: Experience in sales or sales support, with a focus on processing purchase orders and contracts preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, strong typing skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

Our office is a clean, orderly, and well-ventilated space with moderate noise levels. As an Account Services Agent, you will be required to work at a computer for extended periods of time and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.

We offer a competitive salary range of $21ph - $23ph DOE, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, company-provided basic life insurance, and AD&D.
