Position Overview:

This role is structured as a full-time position, requiring availability from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

As part of OBGYN Specialists, a division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), you will be part of a dedicated team focused on empowering patients in their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register patients; manage co-payments, pre-payments, insurance details, and identification verification.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of insurance information as per established protocols.
  • Efficiently schedule appointments for new and returning patients using the practice management system.
  • Provide essential information to patients, including appointment details, directions, check-in procedures, referral instructions, and co-payment requirements.
  • Prepare and manage patient charts.
  • Respond to patient calls, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries as necessary.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare plan requirements and networks.
  • Foster timely communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

Essential Skills:
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
  • Complete all required training.
  • Comply with relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  • Exhibit reliable attendance and punctuality.
