This role is structured as a full-time position, requiring availability from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
As part of OBGYN Specialists, a division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), you will be part of a dedicated team focused on empowering patients in their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register patients; manage co-payments, pre-payments, insurance details, and identification verification.
- Ensure accurate documentation of insurance information as per established protocols.
- Efficiently schedule appointments for new and returning patients using the practice management system.
- Provide essential information to patients, including appointment details, directions, check-in procedures, referral instructions, and co-payment requirements.
- Prepare and manage patient charts.
- Respond to patient calls, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries as necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare plan requirements and networks.
- Foster timely communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
Essential Skills:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Complete all required training.
- Comply with relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Exhibit reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Work effectively in a clinical, office, or surgical environment during operational hours.
