- Stay informed about key performance indicators (KPIs) and their impact on the store's success.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with every customer, demonstrating product knowledge, and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Train and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive sales.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, striving for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Follow up on customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Hold your team accountable for performance expectations, particularly during Manager on Duty shifts.
