As a vital member of our automotive service team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance to our valued members.

  • Sign-On Bonus of $2,500 for Certified Master Repair Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Perform only necessary and customer-requested services on vehicles.
  • Conduct repairs in accordance with MAP (Motorist Assurance Program), OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers), or accepted industry standards.
  • Test drive vehicles when appropriate to identify performance or drivability issues prior to repairs.
  • Maintain and care for company-provided tools and machinery.
  • Report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor promptly.
  • Participate in required training and pursue additional training to enhance your skills.
  • Complete a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education in auto repair each year.
  • Verify the accuracy of ordered parts for assigned vehicles as soon as possible.
  • Perform digital inspections and document all relevant information in the shop management system, including attaching photos or videos to illustrate repairs or needs.
  • Communicate effectively with management, service advisors, and fellow technicians to contribute to the overall success of the location.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the required language(s).
  • Proficient math and computer skills, including experience with word processing, browsers, and email.
  • A strong focus on member service and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of equipment/tool operation and diagnostic/repair procedures.
  • A minimum of four years of experience as an automotive repair technician is preferred.
