Role Summary:
The Automotive Technician / Mechanic plays a crucial role in accurately diagnosing and repairing vehicles while following MAP guidelines and adhering to dealership, manufacturer, and company standards.

COMPENSATION: $36k - $120k Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose vehicles based on the appropriate level of certifications and experience.
  • Execute tasks as detailed in the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with precision and efficiency.
  • Communicate technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-technical individuals, including management and customers.
  • Suggest essential services to maintain the vehicle's optimal performance; accurately document all recommendations in the customer file.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and report any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Management.
  • Maintain relevant ASE certifications and ensure timely renewal of any expiring certifications.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferably possess at least one unexpired ASE certification or equivalent experience/training
  • Valid driver's license is necessary
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday
