Restoration Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in hiring and training of franchise personnel
  • Manage and oversee office operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and cash management
  • Verify and analyze financial reports and key performance indicators
  • Develop and implement staffing and compensation plans
  • Ensure compliance with employment best practices and regulations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in office, accounting, HR, or customer service management
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to build a strong team
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Ability to learn new software and systems
