Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in office, accounting, HR, or customer service management
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to build a strong team
  • Solid organization and planning capabilities, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Ability to learn new software and proprietary systems
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check

Work Environment:
  • 40 hours/week, with flexibility to work overtime when required
  • Varying hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., as business demands

Compensation:
$22 to $25 per hour, based on experience, with full benefits, including medical, dental, 401K, and paid vacations.
